WHAT IS YOGA?
Derived from the Sanskrit word ‘yuj’ meaning ‘to unite or integrate’. Yoga is a 5,000-year-old Indian body of knowledge. Yoga is much more than bending & twisting your body in odd shapes, it's time to rethink. Defining it simply, giving care to your body, mind & breath is Yoga.
Yoga is about harmonising the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing exercises, yoga poses (asanas) and meditation.

INTRODUCTION
Suvidhasana is the brain child of Suvidha Sharma, being trained & committed yoga practitioner based in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai. Suvidhasana is an attempt to share knowledge, importance & benefits of Yoga practice.
THE INSTRUCTOR : SUVIDHA SHARMA
Experienced for six years as Customer Relationship Executive with a premium brand, she is someone who wants to make a difference in yoga/fitness industry. She has learnt Yoga & guides others in its practice. She will help you learn & understand the correct form of poses specifying its importance by providing apt guidance in yogic philosophy. Extension to the poses she guides people for nutrition & meditation.
Suvidha aims to understand every client's requirements moulding her guiding approach to their physical as well as medical conditions. Since the Coronavirus Pandemic she has been sharing her knowledge & awareness on the topic through social media platforms, namely FaceBook, Instagram & YouTube.
